BRIEF :
When it came to selecting a compelling example that embodies both a toxic work environment and the exclusion from healthcare systems for Médecins du Monde, informal workers emerged as an obvious and significant symbol of a system that renders essential contributors to our daily lives invisible.
Furthermore, by referencing a major event like the Paris 2024 Olympics, we can leverage its global media reach, which is why we aim to highlight these injustices through the Paris 2024 Olympics. This approach allows us to take advantage of the event's worldwide media coverage while reaching the general public, particularly the youth, who are statistically very engaged with the Olympics.
Concept :
Our concept involves using AI-generated images to depict informal workers on the Paris 2024 Olympics construction sites, aiming to put a face to those made invisible by society.
Why use artificial intelligence?
Our concept offers a reflection on the similarity between undocumented workers and artificial intelligence. The idea is to create an artwork that combines these two concepts, using AI-generated images to restore their identity and represent those who are unable to show themselves out of fear. Using AI also allows us to highlight these issues without directly accusing anyone, as these visuals are purely the product of "imagination" through the /imagine command, typical of the way they are generated.
This innovative approach for an awareness campaign positions the organization as both innovative and creative, demonstrating the NGO's commitment to using new tools to promote its message. Additionally, it helps raise awareness among the tech-savvy youth about the issues of healthcare access and toxic work environments.
Baseline :
Our tagline clarifies the use of AI while emphasizing that the NGO's mission is to address the injustice "imagined" by it.
